This is a simple Crochet Baby Dress Pattern. Newborn- 3 months. I was asked to Crochet a baby dress for my mum's friend's daughter. I loved making this as it was to be a summery outfit and I think I will create a little frilly diaper cover to go with this next.

Join to first ch 3. DO NOT TURN. (20 shells)
Row7 to Row 15: (or desired length): Ch 1, sl st into ch1 space of next shell, (Ch3, dc, ch1, 2dc)all in same shell (beg shell made). Shell across.
Join to ch 3. At end of last row, fasten off white.
Edging by slip stitching into ends of rows Attach pink yarn or a contrasting color to any st around neck. Sc around remaining neck stitches.
At the corner that opens to the back
Ch 3, ( buttonhole) Sc evenly down the back opening side

When you get to the opening where you made the first shell, Sl st into the middle,
continue Sc back up the other side,

Join with sl st to first sc. Fasten off.
