Lily Of the Vally Crochet Pattern
the lily of the valley is included in the Olympic bouquet for happiness.
TO start and I used Double knit yarn and a 3.00 mm hook for each flower head.
IN WHITE (MAKE 9) I only used 8 of these but my tension settled into the first one!)

Rnd 1: Sc 8 into magic ring (8)
Rnd 2: *sc 1, sc inc 1* Repeat * x4 (12)
Rnd 3: Sc 12 (12)
Rnd 4: Sc 12 (12)
Rd 5: (Sl st 1, ch 3, sl st 1) repeat around 6 times, sl st 1st to join
Break yarn, sew in end.
Putting together
Thread a thin piece of wire and green yarn through the starting circle of the flower, bend over and push through at any stitch of round 1 of starting circle.
This will now be used as the Flowers stem.
Wind the ends and green yarn tightly around the wire, and continue for a few inches (repeat for all the flowers)
