Merry Xmas and A Happy New Year

I really have had a great year bit of a rollercoaster, despite p roblems with my health and everything in between. F antastic support for my hobby crochet, and the fact I can share it all with those who are just as passionate about Crochet makes it all the more enjoyable for me and keeps me going. I feel little crochet Elf on his Wrecking Ball is how I felt this year, and going into next year feeling positive and ready for what ever is ahead. Cute as a Button Brimmed Cap Hat for Baby

Cute as a button Boys FREE Crochet Cap Pattern. I love this cap not only is it fashionable and modern, but its so warm and cosy. (This is NOT a beginners crochet hat pattern.) You should be able to work Front Post Double crochet (this creates the ridges) and you should be able to crochet in the V stitch following a pattern. The Cap was inspired by a vintage cap pattern my friend had asked if I could make for her. Free Crochet Pattern for a Cowboy Hat for a Baby

I am always asked for a FREE BABY Crochet COWBOY HAT PATTERN , there are not many free cowboy themed patterns around and the best cowboy hat pattern is actually on an old achieved website. The hat I made I used a 3.50 mm hook and DK (sport) Yarn and would fit head circumference 14 inches (baby) for making slightly bigger I would use thicker yarn and a bigger hook. Crochet Toys - Cute Crochet Bunny

Just popping in today to post this photo of a finished crochet Bunny. I am having so much fun just now crocheting toys for the kids. One of the best things about hand crocheting these little critters is the love the kids show for them, I made a really easy crochet teddy bear at Christmas time, and my little niece who is 4 picked him up from the Xmas Tree and it is now joined to her, where ever she goes "ted" goes too. I am amazed at what this little crocheted toy has been through, it is nearly sucked to death, put through the washing machine time and time again, and it's as floppy as a marshmallow, yet you cannot get that Ted away from her. I burst with an overwhelming sense of sheer love and satisfaction that in today's technology-filled world we can create these loved toys.
