For the MAIN Granny Square we will, of course, use the traditional method of Creating the Granny Squares.
This is the Layout for Granny Square Headscarf: Arrange your squares and triangles as shown and sew together the seams
A = LENGTH of Granny Bandana
For the sizes of your headband, you will need to ensure that once all the HALF triangles are sewn together along the top they at LEAST fit over the front of your head and in between the back of your ears and the back of your neck. There will be 2 Chain length ties also created to this length.
B = DEPTH / LENGTH of Granny Bandana
How long the headband sits from the front of the face to the BACK

NOTES:
- In the Original Granny Square crochet pattern we were working from the Center Out, working along 4 sides.
- For the Granny Triangle, we will only be working along 2 sides and have 1 center point.
- You will be working in ROWS. Turning your work at end of Each ROW.
- You can begin your Triangle Granny Square, with a Magic Ring, OR if you do not know how to make a magic circle
- Chain 4 to start, and work the FIRST round INTO the FIRST chain of Chain 4.
- You will work 3dc clusters into the Chain 1 spaces along the 2 sides of the granny triangle Chain 5 at the start of each row acts as a (Dc, Ch1) so to finish a round you will work the LAST dc stitch into the 4th chain.
- to Change color Fasten off at the end of the LAST stitch, slip to join new colour
MATERIALS
I used a variety of Double Knit yarn and a 4.500mm hook
