St Patricks Day mini hat Crochet pattern to make a gorgeous Mini Top Hat for your pet dog or cat. I have made this mini st Patrick's day hat for both my small dog and my cats.
I have included how to make the earholes for a Cat
I am obsessed just now with Crochet Bucket Hats SO I decided to spruce up this older crochet pattern for this mini st Patricks party hat. And Update it a little bit. (I originally worked this way back in 2012! so yes it was needing updating
Originally this mini crochet party hat was Not only made for St Patrick's day but the 17th March is also my husband's birthday and to celebrate I made our little bulldog a mini Crochet Leprechaun Hat.
So she could join in our celebrations. Since writing this page originally way back in 2014!
My pattern writing skills have improved (apologies if you found these pages before!)
But sadly we lost our beautiful bulldog as seen in the picture.
But I wanted to keep the pictures of her up on my website as she was absolutely the most adorable dog we've ever owned.
This mini crochet hat was made for my daughter to wear with a headband
I never completed all the rows in the BRIM pattern and finished early so it would sit better on the headband
I have included NEW photos to correspond with the new st Patricks day min hat pattern
It is such a cute easy mini hat to crochet, the gauge is not important, It's just for fun!
You can choose your yarn and hook to suit yourself and what you would like your desired finished hat to look like.
